Basically, just sing up at
maps.google.comCreate an account (a gmail account).
Then click on "My Maps".
Edit up your map as you wish.
Once done, just right-click the KML link and "copy link location".
Look at my source code on my page. Copy that into a text file
Change my map link with yours (paste from the KML link)
Also change your lat / long in the code as well.
I made each fly spot a #. So we can talk about what number to fly at.
You can zoom in and also choose satellite view so you can see just what the field really looks like.

Anyways, this is one of many ideas to find people who want to go fly with you. Mine is really basic, but I hope it helps. Another intergration may be to use
Twitter, or
Jaiku for SMS.
